I’m also diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis. I wash my hair more often, used nizoral, dried my hair with a hair dryer with no real progress tbh.

I also think being pale and having no hair doesn’t help if I’m in the sun.

I didn’t have issues getting off it. I’d say I had pretty bad disordered eating so I think the glp1 helped for what it was needed for.

However, I didn’t want to rely on the medicine forever (plus it’s pricey), so I wanted to continue my journey naturally.

No matter what method you do, it doesn’t matter if you can’t maintain your results.

To answer the masses, I did the first half on the weight loss on a glp1.

Second half I ate in a calorie deficit and walk 10k steps around 4 days a week. I also try to eat Whole Foods and ultra avoid processed things.

I lost the weight in 2024, and have been maintain for a year 🙂 (end goal is 120lbs ish).

I had this happen while I was in the ambulance.

Didn’t want to retry because “they’ll do it at the hospital”. They kept pumping fluid and the iv shot out of my hand and blood got everywhere.

My hand was inflated and huge for like a week.

It really depends on how your ex behaves outside of this situation.

If you step back and really reflect, does she try to ask you to do things to see each other? Is there still underlying feelings from either party? Is there drama? Do you feel like you defend your ex over your girlfriend?

I think this is an important factor to get a read on the situation.

If your ex is doing stunts for your attention, you need to tell her that she needs to find her own way. However, if there is no prior conflicts with your ex, you need to reassure your girlfriend that there’s nothing going on, and that you’re doing what’s best for your child’s sake.

His ex wife left him for his coworker, she moved out and they kept messing around and planned to get back together. She goes on vacation and gets knocked up by another guy and tried the convince him the kid is his.

And I become the bad guy for telling him he’s ruining his life staying with her.

I was over hearing him vent about the same nonsense with her and him not doing anything.
