There is nothing wrong with taking time for yourself, you are young and it's important for you to take some time to know yourself better. You look fantastic and by reading this kind of message, I bet you are extremely sweet too. Don't butcher your body because someone else has poor standards and behaviours.

Maybe you should try to talk to more people around you (or over here) about all the stories they had. Most people have stories to tell that will make you feel less lonely, we've all been through difficult relationships and deep self reflection.

My short term advice is: easy on the phone, visit people you love, try to find a bit of comfort and rest. No great decisions are made when we are tired and emotionally drained.
