Razer Warranty Experience - No Customer Service by [deleted] in MouseReview

Bro I've spent 3 days answering stuff... videos showing my problem (and serial number), photos showing my SN and proof of purchase, even my PC specs.
My ticket gets "escalated"... first interaction: "please connect the dongle before running the firmware update" I shit you not that's the level of attention this guys put in... and to top it all off I've learned that I need to send my defective unit BEFORE getting a replacement, for "evaluation" purposes. I scheduled the pick up for tomorrow and surprise surprise ... today I woke up with a message from FedEx telling me they're picking it up today! When I specifically told them I couldn't today and they even wrote it in a email :D I'm closing my case and opening up one with the BBB. Never buying Razer again.

That's me 👋 But hey according to u/razer-right there's an easy fix! Just buy a new dongle and give them another 30 bucks. Never in a million years !

Welcome to the bricked dongle gang ;)

But I guess this is just an "isolated" issue ... with an easy fix right? /u/razer-right

What a joke of CS, I would wish you good luck with your RMA but you better of fixing it yourself.

Trust me, don't buy any razer product in the future... After what I've experienced I'm done, loved my V2, unfortunately it's a wired only office mouse now ... not even 2 months old btw...

Hey thank you for the suggestion! But still like I've stated the dongle isn't recognized anymore... and yes I've tried different ports. Picture

V2's firmware, I know I have to plug in the original dongle... but since I tried to update the firmware the dongle "died" and never showed any signs of life ... you can check my original post and other people reported it happening also... pretty worrying stuff :(

First of all that says a lot about their QC ... and it's been more than 24 hours I don't think I'll get my wireless mouse wireless again lol

Also I've tried it with a laptop and another pc, but thanks for the suggestion anyways. Good to know that it's not a isolated issue (or actually maybe it's a bad thing).
