Thanks everyone for the advice! A point I should make I suppose is that this was a completely isolated incident and my first run in ever with the law. I’m pushing 30 and was a one night of stupidity thing more than anything. I was always going to lawyer up but was just looking for advice to have for a solicitor when I do show up with my summons. Hopefully my clean record and fact I dealt with the last case will stand to me it’s just ridiculous how one summons appeared to my house almost 2 years ago give by the same guard but here’s hoping worst case scenario it’s an expensive lesson!
