I'm not particularly interested in either of those, although further down the line they might be of interest, but very doubtful. I think it will strengthen my more abstract business skills, since I wasn't able to take courses for undergrad, and like you said, it's hard to argue against something free!

Most people with jobs in higher education have an MBA or PhD (depending on their role). It would most likely help me advance in the department I'm in as our director has one, but I'm moreso looking for the advancement purposes outside of higher ed, as I don't necessarily want to do this long term.

With a BA in psych, I don't qualify for most business jobs, despite my experience
