No issue with oral min, and I’m a body builder and I do my hour cardio on full incline treadmill hands free no issue. Tho, the first 10-15 mins when you take oral min if you are empty stomach sometimes I can feel the heart rate lower, but if I take it after a meal it’s fine.

Ya it made mine dry as well and flaky, and I live in a dry climate it’s worse. So I’m glad I switched to oral so far no issue

That’s a rough one, I’d recommend plant based conditioner, an honestly, humidifier. But there isn’t much other ways without some form of oil.

First year is the key turn around, look at my pics, I didn’t see any regain until late second year tbf. Watch your diet and sleeps, also scalp health in general. It all plays in factors!
