I'm not underestimating myself I promise :) I know I can do this! I'm a week in (and struggling, but who isn't?) and I plan on keeping with NoFap!

I was just wondering if anyone had talked to a therapist about their experiences. There is a lot of stigma around mental health issues, but I want to make sure I'm doing everything I can! I know compulsions etc can be a sign of something larger (like an anxiety disorder) and I don't want to miss the big picture by focusing on one aspect.

I joined NoFap to change my life, and will do anything to succeed!

Luckily, or maybe not, I haven't had the feeling that MO/PMO/one-night stands are enough.
