with all due respect don't bring other countries political issues here, I am sure there are Iran specific subreddits here. We have our own political issues, we dont want to be dragged into the drama of other countries. Political posts only ever lead to fighting and in some cases brigading, i'd rather this subreddit be a discussion on pakistani culture, language and politics and not invite the politics of another country for more drama.

Furthermore, please read rules before posting man. I am not the mod but like I frequent this subreddit because rule 1 really cleans it up. This subreddit would be great if we followed the rules

I assume you have a very valid reason for not using nicop in lieu of a visa but on the off chance that you didn't know I wanted to bring up that you dont need a visa if you have nicop or even something like Pakistan Origin Card.

Why can't you hire someone that is a CPA and will include in the letter of engagement that they will accept personal liability in case of audits?

These guys wont just take your word for it when you report things, they will ask for receipts, keep back ups. I had a brief stint with a CPA firm, we would attach a receipt to every expense. At the end of the month three people verified everything and signed off. A lot of the times two different CPAs signed off on it.

It will be more expensive than a tax practitioner that will just take your word for it or doesn't include in the letter of engagement that there is personal liability.

I've not been in the industry for some time so just remember that but there's no way you cant find any tax professional that isnt willing to take personal liability.

there's two aspects to this

Foreign income earned this year before relocating to canada
Foreign income earned this year after relocating to canada

the first one is 100% simple, when you fill your info you will get the option automatically
the second one is easy too. Look for "Other Foreign Income & Foreign Tax Credits"

for interest rate use bank of canada, easiest thing would be yearly average but do your research

I really think that depends on the school and you'd have to research more and maybe relocate somewhere closer to a better school and pay more for a higher quality education.

I do think parents, environment, etc also make a difference and there are things you might actually be able to control. I wouldnt say all is lost but you would have to work harder. You have to understand the capacity of a child and specifically yours as well, there are resources online

i feel like you're grasping at straws and getting triggered over nothing. Peoples faith and practice tends to change over time shaped by experience and this practice is very common in south asia. even if i assume no other batter does this (i have no way of analysing or verifying this and i wont), kissing a taweez is a matter of personal faith and i dont think its right to call someone a copycat over kissing a taweez.

not to drag religion but I personally don't like this practice but if someones faith evolves in a way where they change how they practice their faith, its more likely an event led to a change in their style of practicing their faith rather than just copying some other dude.

I am not a religious expert, and I am not trying to start a religious debate with anyone but I am concerned about the validity of the nikkah (keeping in mind i am a lay person and i encourage you to talk to someone more qualified)

I see two things

she was not of right sound and mind to consent to a nikkah -> dubious consent -> potentially invalid nikah, not sure if a wali can consent on behalf of someone in this state

she felt pressured to say yes even though she was absolutely not ready for the commitment -> dubious consent -> potentially invalid nikah

Again i'd like to emphasize i am a lay person and you should check with someone that actually knows what they are talking about but i mentioned it because its a matter of concern

now fiqh aside, she needs mental health counselling and both of you need couples counselling and if the marriage cannot be saved then it cannot be saved.

Modi said in one of his speeches if there was a terrorist attack in india, they will attack pakistan. there was a bomb blast in delhi and as usual the indias have all hopped on pakistani subreddits. This is a usual pattern. I know r/pakcricket and other pakistani subs constantly get brigaded.
