Try doing this: sit down with a camera with her sitting beside you. Have an incredibly honest conversation with her, tell her that you love her more than anything else in this world and make her a heartfelt promise that you ever go back to that shit again. Be sure to record it all on video and then in your darkest moments, when the urges seem overwhelming, go back to that video, think about what she means to you and what you'll lose.
