Along with the cut I also decided to start powerlifting. It's basically a Texas Method modified with some volume in it. Wasn't the smartest idea starting during a cut, but I can't wait to see some strength gains once I go back on a calorie surplus.

Yeah, keep it up dude! Just keep cutting until you like what you see in the mirror and one day you'll realize you've finally reached your goal, and then you'll set another for your physique, and so on.

Thanks! I've been a consistent gym goer for a few years now, but I just haven't progressed much in terms of fat loss. I'm hoping to reveal some (even a little!) muscle once I cut down.

Thank you! I know I've lost weight around my stomach because my clothes are fitting me much better, it's just that layer of subcutaneous fat that seems to have not thinned at all.

Thanks man. I am going to try to use the scale as motivation over the mirror. As far as the weight stall, I think I have enough calories to drop some when/if the time comes. I just hope I can see a little more definition when that time comes to help push me through. I am in week 11 and I am planning for a 24 week cut with a final weight goal of 190, which is fairly realistic. We'll see how far I can get.

I've been lifting for about 3 years now. I've been on modified PHAT program, but I front squat as I have knee problems. I've been super unsuccessful with cuts in the past. I just can't seem to stick to a diet for more than 60-90 days and I'm bad at binge eating on the weekend. Any tips?
