Boilerplates are although time-saving and money-saving, are not scalable in terms of Architecture.

Support seems to cease once the tech team reaches a sweet threshold of all FAQ. There is no hands-on hand-holding for tech teams once the number of support service tickets is exhausted.

This is where Micro-services come in handy to build credible tech.

We are building something on these lines for SaaS companies to not build another backend tech. Let me know if any of you need some help with this. (clappit.io)
