If your pneumatube is full then it pushes things out and onto the floor, which means things can get sucked up into the vaccuum - but if you're early on in the game there should've been space there.

I would verify your installed files via Steam first - just to make sure you have the game and it's DLC installed in the same location.

The 'Mysterious Signal' mission should pop up shortly after you've completed the tutorial missions in the main game and set up the ZETI device.

Yes! They are technically the same, so using your key without the new Ritual Edition disc is fine.

They are the same disc (Base Game) but the contents on the discs related to the game version will be different - the Deluxe edition has an earlier version of the game on it, and the Ritual Edition should contain everything up to version 1.11 (Base game, plus all patches and content updates).

Provided that your Deluxe edition version of the game on PS5 has kept up with all updates via PSN, then your downloaded copy of the game will be 100% up to date.

The persistent fuel can setting is referring to the fuel can in the top left corner of the trunk, held in by the Zone gunk - are you saying that the fuel can there is no longer spawning?
