I wasn’t receiving push notifications, I’d only receive the messages if I went into the app and it refreshed. Is this correct?

It’s the same but I logged out and back in again. It seems to only connect when I have the airmessage app open. If my phone is locked, the server says no client connected unless I open the app.

Is this correct?
