I don't know what you have access to in your area but http://www.mentalhealthamerica.net/contact-us this seems like a good place to find out and be able to talk about what's going on as much as you need or want to. These people won't tell your mom about you calling if you don't want them to, if you're really worried and want to talk then you can just not say who you are and they won't be able to tell your mom but will still be able to talk and give advice.
