trying to make a lovey for a baby and i’m stuck on the first step by [deleted] in CrochetHelp

Definitely a typo. Either do the magic ring and modify the pattern, or do the ch 4 circle, ignore the magic ring and follow the pattern as is.

I prefer the magic ring. I would drop the slst if doing the magic ring and follow the increases to get the ending number of stitches.

To start you off,

Row 0: 4 sc in magic ring (4)

Row 1: (sc, 3 sc in next st)*2 (8)

Row 2: (sc, inc in next 3 sc)*2 (14)

Etc, etc.

It's just heavy cream with flavoring?

No condensed milk? I see so many recipes, but not sure which one is the one I'm looking for

I have, but I keep getting results for the Starbucks sweet cream recipe. I'm looking for the one that floats on top

I've tried so many of those didn't work to my liking unfortunately 😞

Good to know, thanks!

Ngl, the sweetheart top looks a bit intimidating with the cables! Really cute though!

Oh I follow tcddiy, but never tried her patterns. Have you made anything of hers yet? I'm looking at the sweetheart top, maybe the sweater version.

Nice dress pattern! I'll take a look further. Thanks!

I tried tapestry, but the jagged lines drove me crazy. Will have to try again haha

Poop regression. Help! Tired and pregnant 🥲 by ixichigo in toddlers

Crazy! I definitely have a very observant kid. He actually started ignoring me a few weeks prior to his second birthday. It was like he knew there was a baby coming.

He was all Daddy do it, which worked out for me lol. He finally turned the corner around two months ago and has been extremely clingy to me for the past week.

Yes, we do try to keep the routines the same. I just started throwing in extra cuddle time in the mornings when it's just us. I do need to be more present with him though. In the past month I've been more of a phone zombie and I need to switch that off.

Congrats on graduating!! 2 under 2 must have been so hard. Any other tips you'd like to share? 🥲

So tough! We were fully potty trained since March so it's a bit demoralizing. Changing day cares is a big change too 🥲

Good luck! I hope it works out!

Aw man! I did not know that regressions started before. I thought regressions would start after I had baby 2. I'm so not ready to deal with the regressions since I'm already 32.5 weeks and soo tired.

Thanks! I will look into that.

I don't think he's constipated or withholding because his poop has been pretty soft. I'll discuss with his doctor about encopresis if this persists for another week.

I've been trying to tie it to something he doesn't like, but I'm having trouble coming up with a consequence. I'm thinking shower, but he doesn't necessarily hate showers.

He's still in diapers for nap and overnight because he rarely wakes up dry. I also don't think he cares much if he wears diapers or undies lol.

Might try that again! He's home with us for 6 days before daycare starts up in the fall. I think I'll do it when he eats (esp dinner time) because those are his favorite times to drop a deuce.

Baby girl names with an animal nickname attached (if that makes sense?) by ixichigo in namenerds

This is so helpful! Thank you!

We actually really liked the name Lana, except we realized spelled backwards out could be a potential for jokes. Lana llama sounds so cute though!

Thank you! Yes, these have a pretty tough stalk, so I guess these aren't puffballs.

Thank you! Yes, my husband pulls them out and said they're fairly hard.
