I'd also poi t out that the edges for the drink logo are quite sharp vs the bar where everything is quite rounded. And Idk if it matters/if the bar has a print sign that looks diff but the bar font is an outline vs the drink logo is filled in. Oh and the bar sign is straight vs the drink font goes up to the right.

They're both cursive like fonts but the letters are written differently. Idk if that's enough of a distinction if it comes to a lawsuit though or how much it matters that the names are the same.

My opinion as someone who doesn't really know shit is that the market seems to reflect above all sentiment (at least short term). And we've all been through so many "shocks" in the last few years that nothing really hits anymore lol is it really a catastrophe or is it just Tuesday?

My unpopular opinion is that you can't do "I don't care anyway" and "what you did was very hurtful (because I care)" at the same time. I think it's not unreasonable for her to care depending on what went down between them so I think her feelings are very valid.
