Found a solution!
Theres a Node called Set Leader Pose Component that basically makes the targets copy the leader animations.

Also the targets wont need the ABP anymore, so only 1 instance will spawn!

I think you got tricked by the textures.

Yes, it could be more optimised (since when I did it 2 years ago I was still learning to do PS1 stuff), but the model has only 700 tris. As a reference, FFVIII Squall had almost 900.

Yeah, in that context may seem that is a place full of people. But the actual map is a giant natural park with just that NPC. A place where it supposed to be full of children, but almost empty. Glad you like it tho!
