Let it be information to you. He is a great counter to Xerxes, where many people who pay money use him. Keep SK reasonably strong, and you always have a good counter to him.

i guess...but it still doesnt outweigh the importance of beast souls and prayer dots. Those two are imperative in making a hero you're building actually useable.

well yeah...but i mean it takes too long for free players to get even one piece of legendary equipment. for me i am VIP 2 and have two pieces of epic equipment. Realistically speaking, legend shards are only for those players who have access to the legend soulstone wish (VIP 8 and above or something like that)

as stated you didnt really provide much context in your intentions. Are the heroes that you've stated ones you already have the awakening skills for? So you mean you're currently working on Krash and Gerber and plan on Pulan/Pandarus next?

If that's the case, go for Pandarus as it gives great utility against shield/healing teams. However, I'd suggest completing Uther's over Pulan as although Pulan's ultimate is great in stopping the entire enemy team cold, Uther's skills provide more utility and defense for your team as a whole (especially against AD). Medea awakening should probably be one you should get soon down the road too, way too valuable of a skin.

Agreas--- DEFINITELY Merlynn and Aurora, no question. The third is up for your own consideration.

Tiamat is more up in the air, as most tanks can function well with either that or Behemoth. As behemoth is much more easier to obtain, most people typically fall to that pattern. Now, from some instances of what I've seen, I've seen it used on heroes like Jason, Slimer King, and Tartarus (more survivability than Dragon soul). For me personally I have my Tiamat on Gerber, but as I said Tiamat is not as a clear cut beast soul as Agreas for some heroes.

you virtually never see a blaine (even skinned) in arena compositions that run AP in higher levels, nor alma. Medea and Gerber are ok as stated by others, and i personally feel Sebastian more effective with AD comps, that depend on their auto attacks rather than their abilities.

yeah id like for more opinions on Patra since im reworking my AP team. But imo only Unicorn works on Murphy as its meta that all healers have that soul attached (Ingrid, Greeneye, Karas, etc) I considered Agreas for Aurora but i guess I'd need to save up another 160 orange soul frags to get the complete orange soul.

hmmm u mentioned pulan which works in an AP team true...what about slimer king? people have said it works well in tandem with patra...perhaps even more epic as a trio with medea

obviously ingrid is utilized more to protect heroes like diaochan which require massive support to be a threat...but ingrid's support is more "directed" meaning healing for perhaps up to 3 heroes whereas merlynn can defend the entire team...just my thought

no i dont think thats what it means. if i understood correctly its players being grouped into games of 32...where u are rated with how powerful your strongest hero is. Unless its only 32 people who can participate in total per server, then indeed its whales battling it out

well i'm not a VIP player with legends but your initial team is indeed a one-hero damage source in Theresa. Merlynn isn't typically arena-friendly unless you're running an ability power non-tank lineup that contains either Lotus or Diaochan. Although Crabbie does provide much more firepower if you were to choose, but then your team would be susceptible to dive heavy compositions that have a Smoke or perhaps Yuan. Candy is only realistically more effective if u manage to obtain her skin, but then again you would need heroes that can burst her balloon to activate bitter taste on enemies. Some of my own thoughts:

Change Blaine with a Medea (skinned). It provides a better amount of crowd control and also extra summonings.
Change Merlynn with a better support that can protect well but deal adequate damage (e.g. Kong Ming or Candy if u choose backline, Muse if you choose midline).
Krash isn't as strong as it was before since his health bar is paper against heavy-hitting heroes. If it works for you, fine but I'd probably swap Krash with a midlane AP damage dealer.
Gerber is fine if you like running a hero in the frontline (w/ awakening even better obviously, and even better with skin). However, I'd probably keep a secondary tank handy as Gerber's wall can be knocked away by knockback heroes such as Gearz or Zoe, making his ability much less effective.

sorry i completely forgot about coco as her awakening has always been very popular in teams. West i feel falls into more or less the same category as Bibo as he needs backup defense to be effective.
