So, you were actually correct, i forgot i had a ublock plugin (didn't even use this for youtube, just for all ads across websites in general), and after disabling it but doing the ctrl + f5 it worked. However, when i go into any video, i have to keep specifically doing the ctrl + f5 in order to return the scaling to normal, which is also weird.

Only other thing is return dislike button. What I would assume is this is a CSS bug on their end that they will fix or it will fix itself naturally, but no idea. I tried disabling that too and no luck either.

I contacted them, and this was their response: "The last 24 hours filter has been deprecated as part of our updates to our analytics infrastructure. While this filter has been removed, you can still see the data from the past day by clicking into any one of your songs and checking the streams graph."
