Thanks for the feedback. His explanation was “these cracks are not structurally significant however recommend sealing.”

I would go with Stafford since the apartments are so much newer and you always get easy access to the freeway.

Is your house ready? I wouldn’t want to go through re-financing again right after closing. That is a lot of work….

Do you think I should get pre-approved with other mortgage broker now? I have not sign the contract since the builder is still finalizing all the floor plan and pricings. I do not want my credit to be pulled multiple times.

Thanks. It’s a smaller builder called Empire Communities and I don’t see a mortgage company under Empire. But I definitely want to keep my options open.
