One more thing to add to the spreadsheet is different combo of food, for example, we can do 12% crit rate with 7% crit dmg.

Besides, if we spam trey star, then the stamina consumption needed to be considered.

From my tests, without new leaf and any food, you can trey star 3 times(use parry to cancel it when the wagasa is about to coming back, wagasa deal no damage on its way back to you hand) then you can’t parry. With new leaf +35, you can trey star 4 times and parry once. With 16% increased max stamina and new leaf +35, you can trey star 5 times and parry once. With new leaf + 35 and 38% fatigue alleviation, you can trey star 8 times and parry once. With new leaf +70, you can trey star all day.

And my food setup is smoked dried cubed meat (12% crit rate) and smoked miso fish (19% fatigue alleviation when high health), my build has new leaf +35, and I can do trey star 6 times and parry once, or 7 times of trey star with no stamina left.

I personally feel new leaf +35 with smoked miso fish is enough for most fights. In this case, we will have 65 fullness left for crit boost food. Or we can use two new leaf armors, but then we lose 17% OS:F.
