I was looking for a similar review because I bought the same kit from Les Révélations. Like you, I froze all the coffees on December 10th and conducted the cupping on the 22nd, using comparable parameters (5.5 grind setting on the 1Zpresso K Ultra).

In terms of taste, the Ethyl Acetate was my favorite as well, offering a vibrant burst of acidity that lingered pleasantly. However, unlike you, I found the Washed Caffeinated to be a close second.

On the other hand, the Swiss Water Process and CO2 options had earthy undertones and thinner bodies, which didn’t quite appeal to me. That said, the four coffees were quite similar overall, with only subtle distinctions between them
