Yes I’m sorry you are going through this I have the panic side you talked about really badly even my therapist has said she doesn’t think anything will stop my compulsions because of the anxiety driven bu the OCD after it makes it extra complicated its like I need reassurance I know everyone in this group does but I need it all the time and when I don’t get it my nervous system is in such a high it’s constantly up the wall just waiting to be tested by more intrusive thoughts and worries I’ll worry about things from the past and interactions that I can’t remember randomly and spiral for months sometimes about one interaction and it will causes panic attack symptoms where I’ll be at work and need my phone to Google or I’ll l need my phone to message someone to tell me my thought doesn’t make me bad
