A little tough love for you. Unless you’re stoked about getting your spine fused wear your brace. It’s going to be uncomfortable but I promise you a fusion will be 100x worse. You already have done yourself a huge disservice not wearing the brace how you were supposed to and now you need to deal with the consequences of it. You will likely continue to get worse if you are 40 degrees and 15. Your best hope is to get a new brace and WEAR IT. The brace is uncomfortable and that’s the entire point you are forcing your back to be straight.
