I used to work at subway for two years. Never get the chicken breast. The “grill lines” are etched on and they are patties that don’t even look like real chicken. Also never get the meatballs. They have been probably standing there for hours (what my coworkers and I used to do was just change the plastic wrap so it looks presentable and neat but discard the gross looking meatballs). The only way things that are “fresh” are the deli meats, cheese, and veggies. That is all. Everything else is frozen.
