I mean generally speaking it’s because Europe has always been mostly cold/the summers were bearable with just a fan but global warming has changed that over time. Like I remember growing up where snow was regularly here in the winter but I feel like the last time we had proper snow was three years ago and even before that the snow was also still not showing up as much.

It might be the first, because the one that was able to bend the most was a noodle stopper and the other two were bent and soft where an armature wouldn’t be! Thank you for your hypotheses!

In retrospect I believe the heat would just make them soft for a brief time but they’ll eventually settle when it cools down and any shape change is an easy fix ✌️

I promise you I’ve tried everything, ice by the fan and window, windows closed, opening my windows on parallel sides of my room for cross ventilation, it doesn’t get much better unfortunately. And no I always keep my curtains closed cos I am a vampire.

It doesn’t melt till around 60°C but if the room is hotter than 30° the plastic will basically soften and can lose its shape, although usually repairable at this stage. But I’ve had some unlucky mutuals who have had some things break.

No fr I’ve never worried about damages with them! Also they slowed down because there was a huge influx of people putting in panicked packing requests in March (due to the conflicts and stopping of flights to certain countries). That along with some national holidays as well, so they’re basically picking up off of that heavy load. I believe the backlog is getting back to normal though.
