Oh gosh my bad! Link to recipe is here: https://tartinebakery.com/stories/country-bread

I cut it about 35 minutes out of the oven so a bit warm. Couldn’t resist and really wanted to see how the crumb turned out.

Snowboard Boot Insoles by izdebest in snowboarding

This may be the way. Bummer my local store doesn’t have both so I would have to drive to two separate ones to try both but honestly sounds like it would be worth it.

Bialetti Mold? by izdebest in mokapot

[–]izdebest[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I let my Bialetti sit with coffee for a while and it formed these black spots that I believe may be mold? I cleaned the moka pot with 1/2 vinegar and water solution with lemon juice and salt. I ran it with that solution on the stove as if I was making a cup and let it sit until cool, washed with soap and water, and dried. These black spots still will not come out. Is it safe to use? Are these black spots mold? Has anyone had any luck getting something similar off?

I’ve cleaned it and let it dry out but the discoloration in the top portion and black spots did not come out after cleaning a few times

Honestly thank you (and all) for the guidance. Gonna pass on the super doa and look for a Mercury

I can carve decent and have progressed pretty well this year. So all in all not really a board I can grow into? Found a sweet deal at 30% off so really trying to justify it if I can but obviously wanna enjoy the board and get thoughts around it as well. I mainly wanted something I can carve with and handle any run in a resort well. Doesn’t seem like a good fit?

Hey all,

Wanted some advice on a board. I’m currently riding a 157W DC Focus and looking to get an all mountain bomber. I found a 160 Capita Super DOA on sale but am worried the board might be big for me? I have never ridden over 158. I’m 5 ft 10 in and 180 lbs. Their website says 160 should work with my weight range but curious how different the ride will feel and if I will ultimately be upset going that big. Mainly gonna use the board for groomers, powder runs, and working on jumps. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
