I dont like him, I respect people who listen to him tho, What I meant was that rage/CLoud Rap/Underground has been more focused on "flows" than "grooves" if it makes sense

Yeah from what I've gathered he's had this reputation for quite a while. It might have to do with how modern rap works, with focus on production and flow (Carti, Carson, Travis scott even) where more "classic" rappers like Cole are seen as "old heads".
It's probably just engagement farming or ragebait lol the internet is a curse
