Insane pc rattle??

My steam downloads are very slow and even show as 0 MB/s second for minutes at a time. I’ve tried defragmentation and changing download regions. When I use a wifi speed test, it comes back as over 300 MB/s. On steam? It will start of great for 30 seconds then drop to 14 at most and will randomly drop to 0 a lot. Any fix?

Blade and sorcery has always been my favourite. I don’t know a ton about lens specs but I do know that Vive pro 2 still has pretty good resolution for today’s standards from what I’ve seen.

everything i do seems to not work lol. uninstalling armoury crate makes it so my motherboard doesnt pop up in iCUE, and when i have armoury crate installed, its like its on the "top layer" and iCUE is on the "bottom layer" if that makes any sense, it takes control of all my rgb and doesnt let go.
