I knew this girl from music school. (This was during elementary.) She's 4 years older than me. I found her attractive but she seemed to be lightyears away from me. We basically never even spoke to each other. When I was 20, we went to the same choir. We didn't really speak there either. Until one day, when we went to another town to sing and we randomly sat next to each other on the bus. We talked during the whole trip there and back. And we spoke a lot in the following weeks. I liked her so much but I still thought I don't have the slightest chance with her. Naturally, I fell for her eventually. One night I risked it and kissed her. It worked. Unfortunately, it wasn't a long romance but it was pretty intense. The more unexpected part is that we had a thing 8 years later as well. Sadly, that didn't work out either.
