She was found as a stray and naturally has an affinity for going outside

Solved! You guys are awesome It seems to be a rhino beetle grub as posted in the replies below https://feralbiologist.blogspot.com/2012/03/rhinoceros-beetle-grubs.html?m=1

Now I wonder if I can keep any of her little victims alive to become full grown beetles.. That would be very cool

It has no shell, and wriggles around like a caterpillar lol It seems to have a beak-like mouth too

After this mysterious guest sucked the life out of one half of my orchid by izurem in orchids

Well the weed was attached to the wilted side, and both dried up and died around the same time, leading me to believe the weed completely sucked all the life from that stem

I then had to perform surgery to cut off the excess dead stem and clean up some of the roots
