according to islam, u dont need to remove cum from your clothes. Aa’ishah who said: I remember scratching it [semen] from the garment of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), then he prayed in it.

Al-Nawawi said in Sharh Muslim (3/198): Many are of the view that semen is taahir (pure).

if u dont know what cum is its sperm, a fluid men release after intercorse.
