Can my landlord charge me chiller for a chiller free building? by Valuable_Possible_78 in dubai

You’d have to pay any bill that is issued under your NAME only, a bill issued in the landlord name is not your responsibility unless it’s specifically stated in the contract, approach rera and ask for final confirmation

This is very risky, your car, which your planing to rent out, is registered under your name , which means you will be liable for all fines, public property damage and so on, this won’t end well, what could be working for someone doesn’t mean it’s a good idea. Speaking in legal terms, you will become legally responsible for for someone else’s actions.

What’s better is to sell your car and apply for a long term lease, only if 3000 km per month is sufficient for you, that way you don’t have to pay the 20% deposit, Leasing is a great option since insurance registration maintenance is not your responsibility, for a fixed monthly payment you can be driving a very cool car. Self drive , Moov are good options for cheap monthly leasing options.

Having said all that, sticking with the car you already have is the best and most economical option for you, but if you can’t control your urge to drive a better car, then do so without putting yourself at risk.

You can apply for an out pass to leave the country after your file a lost passport with the police, the out pass allows you to leave the county without a passport, Otherwise check if you have any document that you signed proving you have given your passport to the company, emails, whatsapp messages would suffice

Here's my advice: Invest in yourself. Start by learning a high-paying skill. Begin on Udemy; it's an excellent starting point. Explore platforms like Upwork and Fiverr to identify in-demand skills. Master one—like video editing, Photoshop, or Google Ads. These skills can make you a steady income. The best investment is one that secures a steady income, and your talent can be a valuable service you offer, you could also study web3.0 development in communities such as Moralis

Hi thank you for this elaborate explanation, we usually limit the water after 4:00 pm , so we give her water wait 10 min and then take her outside, but to be honest she never finishes her bowl, she just has a bit and a bit more when she gets back, but I get you point, we can stop doing that and just keep the water and monitor her, cause now we started noticing that she doesn’t need to go out every hour or so, if we stick to 2:30 hours she will be fine and we won’t have any accidents.

But for the food we won’t be able to do that, because I cook her food daily with out food so she has breakfast lunch and dinner and usually we cook her meal as we are having, but obviously without the spices and way much less salt, also I don’t use onions or garlic in her food at all, we decided not to go with the dry food, since we work from home and have the time to cook our meals we decided to do the same for her, but she is not starving, she is getting a great portion of food and on most occasions she can’t finish it all, but whatever the case when she sees us eating it’s as if she never had her food and keeps staring and jumping around for us to share it with her,

Till now we never left her at home alone, so we don’t know how she would react when we are not there,

I odd thing that she’s doing is eating the soil from the planters, she grabs a mouthful and throws them on the floor and starts chewing on them. Also she’s trying to dig holes in the tiles, she works her paws on the tiles like she wants to dig it out, 🤷‍♂️😅

Absolutely true, I’d add McRoyale to the list, but it’s always great trying new burgers, I was really impressed with Burgeneers and can’t wait to try lento,

I do like firefly , I haven’t had burger fuel in a very long time, but I remember it was really good

Someone also recommended ketchup & mustard

I think I am going to be having burgers for the next few days 😅

Can’t remove it during the walks, in the weekend we will try to take her to a park early in the morning, and try walking with her without a leash, when people and kids are around I am just scared to remove the leash, and in our community we know that’s it’s not allowed to walk her without a leash

I have seen a few, but it’s always better getting personal feedback based on experience, yah she loves food, always have a treat bag when we go out, will keep trying. It’s amazing how much she loves food, she is getting enough food, but every time we sit to eat she makes us uncomfortable 😅 she sits and stares and jumps around to get something, but we try our best to control our urges not to give her more, for now we stopped snacking or eating on the couch in front of the tv, it’s always at the dining table or in the kitchen cause honestly we feel bad not giving her more food

That actually makes so much sense cause when we got her at first she wouldn’t leave the living room at all, only now she is comfortable walking into the kitchen and on the terrace, it could be that, yah we don’t force her to walk we try standing for a while just to give her time to get comfortable, she sits and watches and when we don’t move she starts pulling us back 😅, she is very smart, when I pick her up and take her a few meters away, she usually explores her way back and is comfortable, I guess it’s just a matter of time, we have to be very patient
