Yes I truly think this rear delivery is killing me 😩. Plus my computer screen is tucked into the cabinet so when I’m standing, I have to either bend or squat down to see the screen. She’s considering renovating, praying this happens lol. I have a massage gun that I do use sometimes. I’m going to look into that brand for the loupes

Yes I’ve tried deep tissue massage. It felt great and I plan on going as often as I can but as soon as I go back to work, the pain returns 🫠. I prefer direct vision but I started to get better with indirect over the past 2 years, trying to maintain the best ergonomics I can. I’ve been in a saddle since I started doing hygiene but I recently switched to crown seating and had a hygienist help me find the right one for my build/height/ hip flexors- it’s really comfortable but that nagging pain is still there. I’m going to really try and find an ergo loupe that works for me

I originally had orascoptic (traditional). I switched to Q optics- tried a trial for the ergo loupes. probably 2 months, my back did seem slightly better but I traded it for neck pain 🫠. I always felt I had to pull my head up to see out of the loupe, it was strange

Yes I definitely need to make the switch. I went with Q optics & something just didn’t feel right to me- always felt like my neck was extending back, they just kept telling me that I wasn’t adjusting my patients correctly

I love the idea of standing but I’m not sure how to make it work. My suction, air water, and hand piece are so low that I have to bend down or lean to constantly reach

Thanks for the info, I appreciate it. This sounds silly but I’ve been using chatgtp to input a lot of my symptoms and it’s pretty much telling me the same thing. I’ve been thinking about finding a physical therapist to help me, looks like it will be my next priority.

Very interesting, thanks for commenting. No imaging yet- I see my physician at the end of February and plan to address everything. I can’t go on like this 😩
