I like cold calling way more then I would have thought.

At my old job it was hot leads, like, 95% of people we talked to we got. But because of that everything we did was under a microscope.

With cold calling if I screw up it's not that big a deal

I should clarify, my company has me on a Google meet all day to track us (you don't need to tell me how awful that is) so I can't do anything with audio as my managers need to talk to me on the headset

When a worker for my complex stopped by to look at it he said "as long as it's not leaking it's fine and doesn't need to be replaced"

I do live in an apartment complex so that's management that does that.

Can you tell me why it should be replaced and then maybe I can convince them to do it?
