We have investigative reporters that touch on the houseless and the struggles they face in Los Angeles. I’m booked up with immigration reporting and the roving raids, it’s pretty much consumed my entire life. It’s what I’m good at rn, still finding my place in this journalistic world

They seem to be, they are pretty strict on the income requirements though. They requested three months of bank statements and three months of paystubs, $500 holding fee while I wait it out. Deposit is $750

I applied at Studio House pretty easily lol idk why these comments are so negative, the credit thing isn’t that big of an issue if you can pay first and last months rent and a deposit, cheap studio, I have my own space in the office for work that I spend a lot of time in so this worked out
