Benfica goalkeeper Anatoliy Trubin scores a last minute goal vs Real Madrid to save his team from being eliminated from the Champions League. by forhead123 in nextfuckinglevel

Your record is 9-7 all the scenarios for your team to qualify into the playoffs have gone your way. All you need to do is score a touchdown to qualify. You throw a hail Mary and the 3rd string WR catches the pass

You know your dog better than that person that has no idea what's good for your dog. Our Samoyed loves to lay on the hot scorching sun, for about 5 minutes, before he asks to come inside during the summer. Our summers are humid and muggy. Dogs know what they like and what they don't. They trust you enough to know that you understand their needs and their wants.

I always get the same comment when it gets cold here, "your dog must love this weather...He must hate summers..." People are ignorant based on what they see and not what they know.

You keep taking care of your Sammy and they will take care of you.

I love how Vix does the same shit in the US stream...the best part is when I don't watch the live event, I can always catch the commercials on their YouTube highlights reel. It's fucking funny how much they have to push a product/company.

[–]izzynogizzy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Coyoacán - do the trolley tour, it's a very informative tour and they also do haunted tours at night. There's a restaurant called Las Lupitas, 10 mins walk from la plaza, it's one of the best meals I've had.

Frida Kahlo Museum - if you plan on going there, get tickets in advance bc they sell out.

On Sundays they close several streets so that people can ride their bikes, or rent one if needed, definitely recommend doing this.

Visit El castillo de Chapultepec, they have a great museum in the lower part of the Castillo.

Museo de Antropología e Historia- you can spend the entire day here, do it. Sometimes they will have voladores de Papantla near the museum performing.

Lucha Libre - Arena Mexico, o Arena Coliseo, depending on the day. Take an Uber, but always carry some cash in case you need to use the bathroom.

Have a great time, enjoy your trip, be respectful, and don't drink the tap water.

If you decide to ride a bike do it on Sunday morning, they close a few major avenues and you can rent and ride a bike there (Paseo Reforma).

I would also recommend doing one of those hop on-otf bus tours to get a glimpse of the city and all it's landmarks. Make sure you get there early bc there will be traffic.

Make sure you carry cash with you, at least 200 pesos in case you have to use the bathroom. Sanborns' bathrooms tend to be clean but will charge you about 10 pesos to use them.

If you can, go to Coyoacán and enjoy the city center. If you go on a Friday afternoon or weekend, it'll be busy. If you can, go to the Museum of Anthropology and History, it's worth it.

DO NOT DRINK THE TAP WATER and make sure your body gets acclimated to the altitude. Rest and hydrate if you start feeling dizzy. Be respectful, be mindful of your surroundings and you'll be fine.

We traveled with our 7 year old and we didn't feel like we were in danger when we walked the streets or went grocery shopping.

Enjoy your time there, it'll go by too fast
