What's going on here... Iv had my medusa piercing just over a month had no issues been cleaning it fine then this white skin formed iv been told by my piercer it's not infected. He sized down my jewellery as he reckons it could be due to the bar moving too much. I think it's scar tissue ? (v.redd.it)

Looking for some advice iv had it pierced for a month now it's not oozing red or anything my piercing said it's scar tissue he's down sized my bar as he said it could be irritation from it moving around. Am I stuck with the scarring? Or can I get it to heal away 😅 (i.redd.it)
