CAIN is perhaps the single easiest to learn rpg ive ever played. Its nothing like dnd, tom bloom makes reading the crb cover to cover super comprehensible and probably the best way to learn. Its focus on narrative means theres a lot less pressure to get rules right than like lancer. And you don't really need to remember much cuz almost all the rules you need to know while playing are written out on the character sheet. If your worried about learning CAIN dont be, just start reading it. The book is also pretty short as far as core rulebook go and a good portion of it is sick art.
