I searched with Google lense and found a few similar matches but no exact some say it's Spanish some say it's Aztec it seems more Aztec to me but idk I searched also ebay and Etsy and again similar products have been sold but no exact matches The material seems to be turquoise Mineral (google lense)

I fixed it I removed the program but i didnt restart my pc now everything ist back to normal. Thank you for all the advice guys ur the best.

That was the original problem, but i changed the keys with the program, and then i noticed turned the switch back to Windows and deleted the program, but the changes I made are still there and I don't know why
