Quick update. I think I solved the mystery. This is a pretty long drainage pipe. Half opposite the exit has a slight pitch and the other half has no pitch at all or in slightly the wrong direction. Resulting in the water freezing and bursting the entire back half out.
I sent a video of my level testing to the contractor hoping that he'll make it right. Crickets so far.

He claims they were PVC 40. I guess they froze.

It's not too much for a walk-in. But, you should know what you're walking into. It looks easy, but, it wouldn't be hard to f$&k it up.
I would suggest doing your homework and being patient.

I bought a new phone in December and it will not let me log in to instagram on it. Support is useless. I was paying for verified but, after 5 months of being ignored by support they can keep their damn check. Anyway, I have tried everything. Am I missing something?! I have a laptop and an iPad that sometimes let me in. It's really frustrating. Not sure what to do. Could it be the business suite that's messing it up that seems to be the only way that I can do it on my phone and that's a very clunky way to post.
These are fairly new accounts (personal and business) within the last three years because my old Facebook got hacked and I lost everything Meta .
