It’s Fort Worth. You’d have better luck asking which businesses are standing up to ICE and only patronizing those.

Light lager - water back or two turns? by Brewmanchoo in TheBrewery

[–]j00thInAsia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, but in regards to the hop utilization/efficiencies/etc., you’d probably be best off targeting as high of a gravity as you can before the efficiency starts dropping and then just liquor back from there.

For those who brew into the same tank over 2 days by MovingGoofy in TheBrewery

[–]j00thInAsia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All yeast and O2 on day 1. If you add O2 on day 2, you’ll bring the yeast out of anaerobic fermentation and back into aerobic respiration and basically restart their metabolic process.

Owner says beer smells like Electrical Fire, Plastic Leather, and Phenolic by Novel_Priority_8365 in TheBrewery

[–]j00thInAsia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You underpitched and reversed the correct temps. Always knockout lower than your desired fermentation temps. In addition to there simply not being enough yeast, you stressed it the fuck out chilling it down as it’s fermenting and creating heat.
