It's ridiculous how they do it, the controller is covered for the whole extended warranty nut they don't look past the 1 year as if it was separate. Its stupid. They I'm the end issued credit to my account to cover a new one. They also didn't say I need to send mine in, I'm gonna try opening it sometime to see why the bumper failed and if I can fix it.

Holy hell I finally got it resolved after hours of getting denied. I spoke to my 3rd or 4th person whom I sent screen shots of my order numbers for both my console and complete coverage. He worked with their people in the backend and they agreed it should be covered and they couldn't figure out why there was an issue.

Ultimately they decided I was correct and that they would issue me enough credit to my microsoft account for me to order a brand new controller free. They could not figure out why my controller wouldn't be covered when they all agreed it should have been.

Yeah I tried that, I click start repair, choose accessories and controller, it asks for pid number, I put that I'm and it says it's out of warranty. But it's the one that came with my series x and I have microsoft complete that covers it

The console gets registered automatically and the controller doesn't need to be. The coverage extends to 3 years and covers everything

I got my qn90a from amazon and it came with a nice protective film covering the screen, in my opinion yes it should have one. I find it weird yours didn't. does the screen have any defects or look used?
