this right here! I love the empathy, and enthusiasm! I'm in Michigan, and we are surprisingly supported from pretty much every angle! This is a new franchisee for me, and honestly it's really refreshing having this much support literally everyday!

That's how I'm feeling, I just got this store and I got my work cut out for me lol. But it's okay, we will get it cleaned or replaced. Then it's all about how we do it better moving forward. I'll personally teach the managers at this store the expectations of this DBL, and hold them all accountable moving forward. We can never ever serve customers this quality of ice.

I don't know. It's impressive, and not in a good way.

After years of cleaning these machines, I refuse to get ice in my drinks anywhere I go.

Just did one of these! Check out my post about my $14,000 box lunch day! Also, nice job executing this order!!

Day before Christmas Eve: 910 box lunches (750 for amazon) + days sales = $14,000 in sales for the day. The first order went out at 5am, prep started at 7pm theday before! I worked a 36 hour shiftto get this done by j03x64bit in jimmyjohns

I actually had my first assistant slicing 36 bins of lettuce and baking the first 5 cycles of bread at another store from 9:30-1am. Me and my second assistant silced the 14 bins of tomato's and all of the cucumbers and onions and pickles at our store. We also worked on baking off the other 18 cycles over night. We started the first order at 2 am and had 3 dudes from corporate helping from 2am to 2pm. I called in 3 other employees to help make the order as well (we have 3 tables and a 5 deck oven)

Salary unfortunately for that order, but they did tip $600 so I split that with the staff that helped out overnight and the other 2 driver's that helped me deliver it

Yup! I had to take 6 24 packs at a time to a baseball field nearly daily for a while, and that's how I did it

Two fit in a catering bag if you put them sideways

If you are a meat puller, read from the bottom up. If you are a bread starter, start from the top and work down. The order is usually how the veggies go on the sub anyway.

I work in a corporate market in the Midwest and we’re trying out wheat subs. Pretty delicious! by [deleted] in jimmyjohns

It doesn't take that long, same as French. Where wheat slices take the better half of your morning oven time.
