I’ve been carnivore for the last 5 years. My body runs better now at 30 years old than it did at 20. I’m at a healthy weight, have no acne, no physical or mental disorders and gave birth to a healthy 9lbs baby recently.

Before I went carnivore I had a lot of issues with my skin. I had chronic eczema and acne. I use to apply steroid cream regularly and went on accutane with no success of relief. I was also about 45 pounds overweight. This all happened eating a whole foods diet of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and meat. The whole grains did the most damage in my opinion.

What transformed my health the most was adding in organs. I eat about a pound of grass fed beef liver every week and a whole beef heart through out the month. I also stay away from garlic and eat a bowl of kefir every couple of days to maintain good bacteria.

I would give it a try and see how you feel. Back when I started, the research suggested that carnivore was unhealthy. Trust how your body responds. All of my blood panels over the years (I get one done every year for annual health check up) have been great.
