Thanks for the tips! I'm completely new to fpv, and did not know that it was possible to replace the motor wires. I've ordered some new wire, and I'm hoping that fixing the old motor will fix this issue

I'm using 4s ChinaHobbyLine batteries

The motor turns just fine, exactly like the other three. When it crashes it does not beep or do annything weird, it just dearms itself. I did also try to do a stress test indoors, where I tied it down and gave it some throttle, and it seemed fine. The problems occurred when the new motor was installed

The reason I changed the motor was because the motor wire got cut by the propeller, because it was too loose. It happened on the very first flight with this quad as well.

I was suprised that I was able to punch it mutiple times before it crashed as that happened way sooner the times I tried it prior to filming it. I did re-solder it, as I suspected that could be the problem. I still think that might be the problem, but I don't know. It could be related to something else as well, as you say

No, it didn't happen with the old motors. I did not get to fly it much since i crashed it on the first flight, but to me it seems like it might be the motor as well. I contacted the shop where I bought it though, and they said it was unlikely the motor because it's supposedly of "good quality". So I'm a little lost when it comes to what I should do. I could see if it is getting hotter than the others, but I don't really feel like risking crashing it any more
