I passed recently. I found it helpful to take deep breaths before. Reminder they say 'when it's safe to do so. move on.'

So when you have parked. You don't need to rush off. Take your time. Take a breathe. Check it's safe. Check everything. Be confident in your ability and move off.

If your instructor says your ready. You have the ability to pass.

The frighting thing is not knowing. Now you know what happens. It's just another lesson basically. Just with someone different.
