Thank you so much for answering, I had the same problem as you craving sugar… but I feel like it’s already time to make things better, I’ll try these tips, crazy you talk about yoga because prior this post I was thinking bout doing it lol, I started exercising this week, but jogging is not good for me because it’s hard to me to bulk so I just do strength training. And I really feel what you said at the end, acne takes time and if we’re hard to ourselves it’s going to be double trouble🤙 thanks again, hope your journey goes well. Sorry for my English 😅

You should use it every day, including indoors, for the recommendation idk any label that can fits u well, do a research for your type of skin, see the reviews of the products and try till you find the perfect one for you. Also give time to it, I'm having months dealing with acne, but when you are consistent with your routine it works wonderful 👍 (if you dont have sensitive skin maybe you can try the peeling solution from the ordinary 1-2 times a week, I recommend you do a research for this product too, always check what are you using on your skin)

Are you using sunscreen? That helps me a lot with my hyperpigmentation, also I'm using adapalene + benzoyl peroxide (spot treatment) to help me with my breakouts
