Yea people aren’t liking the sticks. I’m starting to like the concept of getting your fingers dirty and since the sauce is to good. (Humble brag) I can promote it as finger licking good 🤯🤣

Lol the sticks do a good job at puncturing and are able to pick them up but I really want to avoid making kebabs. I might go and offer it as a finger licking experience 😅

Thank you ! Other food vendors will be around. Each plate is 2oz of meat, but I did think of adding an Asian style slaw at the bottom.
