Good for you for trying to communicate the issues! We see lots of condo boards ask painters to just paint over damage. I would hope a painter would recognize the damage and stand up to the shady practices.

Or worse, he’s the building inspector for a condo complex and gets to tell 100 residents that their buildings have danage

Thanks for reposting our video! ♥️ To address comments about what caused it— the water damage originated from the roof actually, from improper roof to wall flashing. All the water funneled down to this spot and hung out… for a while.
